Easy to use
The old windows we just replaced with Sho-Pro windows just did not do a good job. We had problems opening them. They were extremely hard to raise. We are very impressed with how our new windows tilt in. They are so easy to clean. Our home looks 100% better. The job your company did was just excellent. We will recommend them to others.
No more drafts in the house
Thank you for replacing all of our windows recently. We were so tired of how our aluminum ones looked. They were always wet with water, they had mildew on them along with mold. Terrible looking. I cannot describe to you the difference our home makes now in its appearance and the elimination of the aggravation of trying to remove the mildew and mold from the previous ones. I am impressed with the construction of the Sho-Pro window. It is so solid and durable. It was a pleasure doing business with your company as everyone there is so helpful. We noticed the difference of working with you and other companies. The salesperson who came to our home was so knowledgeable. The installers were very cleanly and nice. We had a lot of drafts with the aluminum windows always putting up plastic and taking down plastic. There was always a draft in the hallway, of our ranch. No longer!
No more rotting windows

Our gas bills showed a decrease over 50%
Thought I would let you know how pleased we are with our SHO-PRO windows which we have had since November 1984. We are amazed at how much quieter it is, in fact, we hardly noticed the recent thunderstorms. The windows are easy to clean and to operate in addition to being attractive. We considered other windows (Nu-Sach and Andersen) but were impressed with the fact that SHO-PRO are custom made to fit the existing openings. Our old aluminum windows were ugly, drafty, frozen over in winter so that the curtains stuck to them even with storm sash. Now that the weather is warmer we appreciate the fact that the windows open from either side and the screens cover the entire opening. Your company claims a 33% reduction in fuel consumption. We were amazed to find out this is true. Each month our gas bill showed a decrease in the percentage of fuel used for the same month the previous year. Our last bill showed a decrease of 54%! We have been on a budget account and the bill has been lowered $30.00 for the last five months. All of the employees with whom we have come in contact have been friendly, courteous, efficient

We love how sturdy the windows feel
My new windows are a lot better now than the old wooden ones. They were in bad shape. The old ones shook a lot when the wind blew. They had rotted. and needed painted all the time. My neighbor called Sho-Pro to come out and give us a demonstration. I'm glad they did. We got the triple pane and they tilt in for easy cleaning. We really like them a lot. I have already recommended them to my neighbors, and I think they will be as happy as I am. I also like the heaviness of my new windows from Sho-Pro. They are strong with good locks on them. Save money and energy
Years upon years I have been dealing with drafty cool spots in my home. The kids complain, the wife complains and I was tired of it. So, I called Sho Pro of Indiana and they came out and did an inspection of how to save on energy and money. They requested I have the "Energy Shield installed and it has made all the difference. No more drafty cold spots. They were real professional with regards to their communication and their installation. Warm in the winter
Our home was always cold in winter time. There was water between the panes. We needed to purchase some good new windows . We saw the Sho-Pro windows and was very impressed with their quality. The salesperson did a fabulous job in showing us what is available on the market along with the Sho-Pro window and we could see the difference in value. When your installers came to our home we were delighted with their professionalism as well as how quickly they put the windows in for us. They were very friendly and courteous.
