Worth every penny
Only three days after we signed up for it, we received a call from one of your representatives to set up an appointment to review the job and make sure the correct amount of materials were going to be ready for the installation day. When the contractor showed up to survey the installation requirements, we also set up our appointment for installation. I was pleasantly surprised that he even offered to install it on a Saturday if that worked better for me. Last weekend the installation contractor showed up on time, with all the materials he needed, and determined to do a good job. He did an excellent job: he was clean while working, he allowed me to ask questions while he was working and he completed the job in a timely manner. We also chose the makeover package which included other small jobs and fixes around the house that were also completed in no time.
